Oh, we so didn't want to leave Cape Cod and all the fun we had over there!! We've just returned home with lots and lots of great memories! It was such unbeatable fun!! The best part of trip was definitely the fact that Elwyn and I got to spent some really good quality time with our munchkin in a relaxing atmosphere just before he turns a year old tomorrow!
Yesterday evening, we took Walley to the Pilgrim Bark Park again and just like the previous day, he had loads of fun playing with the other dogs. He also had a good time playing with a young boy at the park. The boy was particularly fond of Walley and would throw tennis balls for Walley to fetch. Walley is such a happy camper!
Today morning, we got a chance to unleash Walley at the beach in Provincetown and it was just a thrilling experience! Walley had a great time running on the shore, chasing birds, meeting another retriever friend, swimming in the water, running away from the waves and just unleashing the energy in him!
On the way back home, we stopped at a souvenir store in Cape Cod and bought some really cute and fun stuff for Walley and us! The store is really one of a kind and it's called "The Cape Cod Dog". If you ever happen to visit Cape Cod, you should definitely check it out. They have a website too: http://www.thecapecoddog.com
I have to keep this post really short because we have a big day ahead of us tomorrow- Walley's 1st birthday!!! The three of us need to catch up on some much needed rest after the long drive we had returning back home today. But, below are several pictures from yesterday and today covering the park, beach, relaxation in the room and the deck etc. The pictures will speak for me:-) Enjoy the pictures and join us in wishing Walley a very happy 1st birthday and blessing him with a long, healthy and playful life ahead!! I will update you on the birthday bash tomorrow evening!
