Finally, after couple weeks of the terribly scorching heat, Manhattan was blessed with some rains! Yay! A downpour of rain for two days surely did some good for us! The city has cooled down by a lot in the last two days. Yesterday, it was mostly drizzling but since today morning or perhaps last night it's been raining cats and dogs; speaking of which Walley also loves the weather when it's not boiling. He doesn't particularly like to go out when it's pouring but he definitely enjoys walking outside soon after the rains have stopped. What a relief for us! At least, I don't have to buy that outdoor swimming pool I was talking about. Well, at least not for now. Hopefully, the weather stays pleasant for a couple of days before the heat beats us again.
